Shipping Costs
We offer FREE UK shipping on all orders, via Royal Mail Second Class. We also have speedier delivery options at checkout if you are in a hurry to get your print!
For international orders, the price will be calculated at checkout depending on your location.
Processing and Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours at most. There are the very odd occasions (for example during busy times) where this may be slightly longer.
Delivery times via Royal Mail Second Class are aimed between 3-5 days, though in rare cases it may take up to 14 days to arrive. Upgraded shipping times are quicker – First Class aims in 1-2 days. For international shipping, we use Royal Mail Standard International, with a delivery aim of 7-10 days. Please note, this is only a delivery target, it may take up to 21 days to arrive. Please also note, some packages may be delayed because of customs. We declare the goods to the value of your purchase, any additional customs taxes or tarriffs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
As for the USA, our delivery costs are higher due to the ever-changing situation on the Trump Tarriffs, which seem to change from week to week. While we apologise for the higher costs, it’s not on us to lose money because you elected the person you did to be your President. That was America’s collective choice – and I am afraid you have to accept that choice (and cost) if you want our fine posters adorning your walls.
How are items packaged?
For A4 prints, we print and quality check every single item to order. Once we are satisfied, we place the prints into a clear plastic cello bag. In addition, we add a firm piece of card backing to minimize the risk of damage. Then, these cello bags are packaged in rigid, hard-backed A4 envelopes. This gives your prints scratch resistance from the cello bags, and protection both front and back from dings or dents.
For A3 prints, again we print and quality check every single item, which is made to order upon purchase. Then, we very carefully roll the print, and it is inserted into a rigid cardboard poster tube. The tube is then sealed with a plastic cap at each end, and the caps are taped to ensure they do not come off during transit.
Can I collect in person?
Of course, you are more than welcome to. We are based in Warwickshire in the Midlands, approximately 6 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. Please drop us an email at thegamersgalleryuk@gmail.com if you would like to arrange an in-person pick up. We can still package the items as we usually would, but are happy to have them how you like to collect them. There is no fee to collect in person.
