How long does shipping take?
We typically get items printed, packaged and despatched within 48 hours of your order. At certain times, for example during busy periods, this can sometimes be slightly longer. For UK orders using free shipping, we send posters using Royal Mail Second Class. The Royal Mail delivery aim is 3-5 days, though can take up to 14 days. We do offer upgraded shipping options at checkout, if you need your order faster.
For international orders, we use Royal Mail International Standard, with a delivery aim of 7-10 days. Please note, thanks to the marvelous act of self-harm that was Brexit, there may be some delays with customs. And thanks to the even more wonderful ability of Americans to vote for Donald Trump, there may be additional custom charges for items going to the USA. Forgive us, as those customs seemingly change every week. To resolve this, please elect a more suitable President.
Do posters come with frames?
As standard, no. All of our products are sold unframed, unless explicitly stated. Some of our images will show our posters in frames, please note these are simply for illustrative purposes. Our posters are printed using standard size A3 and A4 photo paper, so they will fit in any standard A3/A4 photo frame. We deliberately leave areas around the edge of our poster designs blank, as some mounted frames are not exact fits.
What sizes do you offer?
We print our posters in either A3 size or in A4. We can also print in A5 size, although you need to contact us at thegamersgalleryuk@gmail.com for this service. We can also provide you with print files for bigger sizes, though we do not have the equipment to print bigger than A3.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days. We do not accept returns on custom designs.
How are the posters packaged?
A4 posters are printed and quality checked. We then secure them in a clear plastic cello bag, along with rigid A4 card to provide protection. These are then packaged into strong-backed card envelopes and sent via Royal Mail. A3 prints are printed and quality checked, then carefully rolled to avoid folds or creases, and placed into a rigid card poster tube, and sent via Royal Mail.
How does the 25% discount on multiple purchases work?
You simply add two items into your basket. The discount is applied automatically. Once two prints are in your basket, the site will display the new discounted price for any additional prints you wanted to purchase.
Are all the prints the same style?
Yes. When we first set out, we made 6 posters to go into a space, and we wanted them all uniform. The design has not changed since those very first posters, and we stick to it for every design we create. We use the same printer, same paper, same design template and same printing / shipping method for everything. That means if you come back for more, you can be assured that the quality, design and detail will be the same every single time.
Do you have a design for <insert game here>?
We add new designs all the time, but if your favourite game isn’t listed, do not fear! We may already have it designed, but not yet listed. We may not have it designed at all, but we can still design it for you. Simply drop us an email at thegamersgalleryuk@gmail.com with what you are looking for, and we can make it for you. We do not charge any extra fees for this – we will simply design it and list it for you to buy on the site. Even the multibuy discount will apply 🙂
